Our 13-point cultural fit assessment allows us to pinpoint your company’s needs when it comes to culture. We’ll identify the key areas of focus to utilize when executing on a search.
We’ll deliver a proposal and answer any questions you have to make sure you’re comfortable and confident with us as your search and bridging services provider (if you selected that option).
Our Recruiters will reach out to identify the objectives, finalize job descriptions, talk over communications expectations, and begin the search. We’ll identify key needs and scope out the preferred journey and how involved or hands off you’d like to be. If you selected a Plus Bridge or Bridge Elite plan, our team will bridge the accounting work from the execution stage to the placement stage.
Once our recruiters have identified a potential candidate match, we will create a total person description with information from candidate testing and interviews. We’ll use the created next steps plan to move forward with any chosen candidates.
